Just thought I should mention a few minor things.  Downward Facing Dog (adho muhka svanasana [not adho mukha vrksanasa]) is not always a great pose for pregnant ladies to do.  Inversions can be a bit iffy for many pregnant women....not all, but for at least some pregnant women inversions are a no-no.  I know that they are definitely something that are not good for MY pregnant wife to be doing.  Everyone is different though.  I have a friend who was doing handstands right up into her 9th month....just saying that if you are pregnant, be careful with any inversion postures...it may be ok for some, but it is definitely not ok for others.  To each their own.
